Anthea had few very difficult relationships that she wanted to clarify and resolve. She also all her life felt very emotionally overwhelmed with her emotions and even physical sensations in the body of anxiety and overwhelm. All her life she felt different and she could not understand why she felt the way she felt.

“We don’t know what we don’t know. Sounds obvious but when explored, it’s incredibly powerful. I’ve been doing a lot of inner work over the past few years after suffering betrayal trauma and have healed many past wounds, but I got to a point where I felt a bit stuck but was unsure why.
